For Providers:
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your service listings, availability, and pricing information
- You must honor bookings made through our platform according to your stated policies
- You must ensure you have the right to use any content you upload to our platform
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business
For Clients:
- You must provide accurate information when making bookings
- You must adhere to the cancellation policies set by Providers
- You are responsible for attending your appointments or canceling according to the Provider's policy
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3. Payments and Fees
BookedHere offers various subscription plans for Providers. We also facilitate payments between Clients and Providers through our platform.
- All fees are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change with notice
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected billing cycle
- We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy
4. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by BookedHere and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
5. User Content
Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
By uploading content to our platform, you grant BookedHere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BookedHere, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
8. Disclaimer
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
